KSIG
Ideal Impact is the national project manager for KSIG, which is a collaborative forum for for Project Managers in municipal construction divisions. It was founded in Stockholm in 2017 and has then spread as regional forums throughout the country. The purpose is to improve the efficiency in areas pertaining to the construction of roads, public water and drainage. Within KSIG, several regional workshops per year are executed. During the workshops 2-3 participants from 10 municipalities share lesson learnt within pre-designated competence areas, which are initiated by the Forum Board. KSIG is an abbreviation and would correspond to "Municipal collaboration within design and execution".
ENHANCED RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS
Ideal Impact had the task to enhance the risk management culture in the design process for one of the largest municipals in the Stockholm area with an investment budget on 1.5BSEK. The task was to analyse, refresh and implement new risk management measures in their internal processes.
INVENTORY OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
The clients head of operations was leaving the company after 30 years. Our task was to make an inventory of the operations department and all it’s assets. Reported directly to the CEO. Task included variousinterviews with members of the management team. Client managed 5000 residential- and 400 commercial objects.
CONCEPT & PROJECT EVALUATION
We help the client to evaluate a new concept and to identify and process lessons learnt on a project containing 93 apartments devided on three-10 story exclusive water-front residential buildings. By identifying areas of improvement and elaborating with pros and cons, we finds the root cause, which gives us information to provide actions that will optimize the client's both ongoing and future projects.
ENHANCED RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS
Ideal Impact had the task to enhance the risk management culture in the construction division (turn over 4 BSEK) of one of Swedens best renowned construction companies. The task was to analyse, refresh and implement new risk management measures in their internal processes. Performing multiple risk management workshops including both clients and sub contractors was a frequent task under the project
LESSONS LEARNED.
We helped the client to evaluate a new concept and to identify and process lessons learnt on a 4.4 BSEK project. By identifying areas of improvement and elaborating with pros and cons, we finds the root cause, which gives us information to provide actions that will optimize the client's both ongoing and future projects. The result was also used in the decision processes for future energy projects
EXPANSION OF SWEDENS LARGEST AIRPORT
Swedavia invests 13 Bln SEK to develop Sweden's largest airport. We
support the project by identifying opportunities and risks in the different phases of the project. We do this in close collaboration with the client,
through several stages. This results in decreased risks and improved efficiencies going forward.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT-Public real estate projects, 35Bln SEK.
We support the client to identify project development opportunities and financing models for municipalities to refurbish and rebuild existing public swimming pools. The need for investments in the area are estimated to over 35 Bln SEK during the next 5-7 years.
REFURBISHMENT
We have projects in all sizes. The customer is supported to efficiently handle risks and opportunities in the project. The overall construction project is funded by the Swedish Road Authority, which is the largest operator in the industry in Sweden.
LIFESTYLE REAL ESTATE
We help the project to visually and clearly identify, plan and follow up risks and opportunities. The project is in the area of life style real estate, which means the customers are particularly concerned about on-time delivery, cost and quality. Our deliveries help secure this for the customer.
